Contrary to some cliches and stereotypes, pole dancing is extremely empowering. It builds your physical strength, boosts your confidence, and makes you feel great about yourself.
If you are looking for something different from your Gym classes or dance class try our pole dancing lessons. No experience is necessary for these beginners classes but you will need
to be keen to have fun while working out. The dance moves we will teach you in your pole dance classes will be a combination of twirling, spinning, swinging and climbing moves.
Our pole dance program consists of three levels - beginner, intermediate, and advance. In addition each level contains three sub-levels - level I, level II, and level III as follow:
Beginner:
- Beginner I
- All baseball grip outside hook spins
- Transitional moves
- Pull up
- Descends to the floor
- Floor work
- Standing up
- Beginner II
- All baseball grip inside hook spins
- Transitional moves
- Spinning Bent arm move
- Pull up/Climb
- Descends to the floor
- Floor work
- Beginner III
- All push pull outside hook spins
- Transitional moves
- Climb
- Stationary bent arm moves
- Descends to the floor
- Floor work

Important
For your safety, please no lotion, oils, jewelry, or long pants. Wear shorts or miniskirts and a t-shirt or tank top. Heels are optional.
Please note that food and alcohol might be allowed in the studio, but we discourage consuming alcohol before or during classes.
Further, we reserve the right to denyparticipation in class to anyone found to be intoxicated and/or believed to be unable to safely execute the class content as a result.
