Zumba is one of the best ways to lose weight and maintain good shape. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "Fun and Easy to Do". Zumba is a combination of aerobics and dance performed to Latin and international music, which has proven to be an effective technique for weight loss while having fun. Indeed, unlike other types of workout, Zumba participants don't lose interest over time with their workout programs. They stick to the program and achieve long-term health benefits in both body and mind. Here we provide a mixture of body-sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps. Our routines utilize the principles of aerobic interval and resistance training. A combination of fast and slow rhythms tone and sculpt the body, maximizing caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.
With the Zumba workout you will perform many different footwork, therefore a comfortable footwear is important. The shoes must have soles that will allow you to get mild traction, so you will be able glide, turn, jump and execute other moves easily. Ultimately the shoes must not have a strong grip, therefore; sneakers are not recommended for a Zumba workout.
