Policies

Unlike other schools, our policies are the most customers oriented.

Your time is very important to me; therefore, you won't be charged for late cancellation.

• There is no 24 hours advance cancellation notice policy, and you would not be charged for late cancellation. However, you must reschedule the class to the current week (Mon-Sun). If you have previously scheduled a second class in that week, you must take two classes during that week.
• A private lesson assures a private room and for no additional fee.
• Packages must not be completed within the designated period of time.
• Private lessons are 60 minutes in length.
• Same instructor is guaranteed throughout the duration of package.
• Private lessons must be paid in advance.
• There is a $3 fee for the first class.
• There is a $3 fee for a class paid online. No fees apply for other means of payment.
• There is no refund; However, under certain conditions, you would be rendered gift certificates for the remaining classes.
